We accept payment via our website and PayNow (UEN) only. Please note that payment will not be made through a personal account.
Due to hygiene issues, products that are opened will not be accepted for any exchange or refund.
By placing an order through www.besuper.com.sg, you are agreeable to all our terms & conditions.
Orders will be processed within 2 working days. Daily order cut off time, 3pm
Doorstep delivery will take an estimated of 2-3 working days.
Besuper is not liable for any lost parcel through normal mail. Do note that especially during peak periods, there may be a delay of up to 14 working days.
Self collection at our office, 38 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2, daily between 9am to 9pm. Kindly check with us before dropping by to ensure your order is ready for collection.
Should any item be out of sold, or on a pre-order basis. The whole order will be on hold and will be shipped out once all item(s) have arrived. Additional charges may incur should you choose to have your order shipped out separately.
Exchange and refunds

Please note that your purchase should be within 60 days, product(s) are sealed in original packaging, and proof of purchase; receipt, would be required. We would not be able to process any application that does not meet the requirements.
An exchange can be done at our office at 38 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2 or at your doorstep with additional charges.
Item exchange is subject to availability at the time of exchange approval.
Approved exchange transactions should be completed within 7 working days. If no return or instructions, the exchange transaction will be deemed invalid and a new application would be required based on the latest time of contact.
Approved refunds will be given via store credits, and will be pro-rated and calculated according to the item(s) refunded. Credits should be utilised within 6 months of issue. Strictly no cash refunds.
Do note that the pre-order delivery date is an estimated date, and may have a delay of up to 14 working days. There will not be any compensation or cancellation allowed due to delays within the said period. By proceeding with an order, you are agreeable to waiting.

Once an order is shipped out and arrives at the customs of the destination country, the order is deemed delivered and fulfilled. Besuper.sg is not liable for any held up or non-delivery from customs.
